    Before you move in, one of our nurses will meet with you to determine your unique healthcare needs. From there, we will select the appropriate care level for you to ensure your care and services are personalized to you. Your care level price is added to your chosen suite cost.

    Some services, including medication management, are priced separately from your care level. Depending on your needs, some additional service fees may apply.

Loved ones/next of kin/POA all live out of state. Sunrise of Gurnee took time to make a place for our loved one before we actually needed it. They consistently communicated changes that were happening with our loved one once they moved in. Their sense of "family/love" was always present in the way they acted and made suggestions. We toured Sunrise of Gurnee during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was great! I must say, this facility was at the top as far as care, etc. However, it was twice as expensive as some of our other options in the area.

I work in another LTC facility and am so impressed at this home. My mom has been more engaged, happier and relaxed since she has moved in here from her home where she lived alone. The staff is wonderful: kind, fun and include the residents in all they do. We both feel so lucky to have found this place!

My step-dad moved in three months ago from another community where he lived independently. I expected that it might take him quite some time to adapt to his new surroundings, but he immediately felt comfortable! The home-like setting, the activities, the dining experience, and the very caring staff exceeded expectations!

It’s the place to be if you need support. The care staff is the best. They go the extra mile to help out and make us feel comfortable. I enjoy the privacy of my personal space and appreciate the opportunity to join in activities.
